Rob joined CARE Fertility Nottingham in 2003, training as an embryologist and developing his knowledge and skills in all IVF techniques.  During this time, he advanced his training in highly-skilled embryology techniques, becoming established as both an ICSI (a technique in which sperm is injected directly into the egg) and embryo biopsy practitioner.
