The Centre for Reproductive and Genetic Health (also known as CRGH) was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in London. CRGH is renowned for pioneering new fertility treatment and preimplantation screening of embryos for detecting disease or abnormalities. The Clinic is headed up by Mr Paul Serhal, a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and a leading specialist in Reproductive Medicine.

CRGH is recognised as a training centre for subspecialty training in reproductive medicine by the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists, and has Training Centre Recognition for Quality Management of a Fertility Service by the British Fertility Society.

CRGH has satellite clinics in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire and Margate in Kent.

  • The fertility regulator (HFEA) carried out an inspection of our Clinic’s laboratories, equipment, patient feedback and other factors and awarded us with an Inspection Rating of 5/5
  • Our team of experts includes: 9 fertility specialists, 23 nurses and 11 embryologists
  • The Clinic’s specialist areas include recurrent miscarriage, embryo implantation issues, genetics and fertility treatment for women over 40
  • We are pioneers in Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD) treatment, having had numerous PGD ‘firsts’, including first baby born free of BRCA1 cancer gene in the UK, and first baby born using the Karyomapping technique in Europe
  • We can offer transabdominal egg retrieval in addition to the more common transvaginal method
  • We were awarded a Millennium Products Award for Ovarian Reserve Testing
